The FAIR PLUS Project (Fostering Access to Immigrants’ Rights Plus), led by the ICJ-EI, has aimed to contribute to better judicial protection of the human rights of migrants across the EU, who often face multiple vulnerabilities. The project has trained judges and legal practitioners and facilitated exchange of information between judges and other legal professionals in Ireland, Greece, Italy and the Czech Republic.
